To all Online Applicants,

Please be informed that all information that will be encoded in the CNC Online Application form will be reflected on the approved CNC. Carefully encode and review the necessary information ( i.e. Project Name, Project Type and Project Activity Description) of the project to avoid typographical errors and inconsistencies on the project information before submitting your application. Approved CNC may be downloaded within five (5) working days from attaching proof of payment. The issuance of the Certificate of Non-Coverage shall not exempt the grantee from complying with other environmental laws, rules and regulations.


Further, EMB is not prevented from validating, requesting additional information, and/or deny an application if the documents/evidence submitted in support thereof appeared to be dubious or made to circumvent what otherwise would require an application for an ECC.
